Had to get an adapter to use in a three pin socket before I could charge it for 15 hours.

At the moment I am not seeing the benefit. Need to use fir another few weeks

I bought mine a few years ago but never used it. I bought a special edition in icicle blue.

However, during lockdown I decided to start using it.

I’ve not even managed to complete the 60 days and it’s broke.

It’s charging but just won’t turn on. I did a reset, even through this wasn’t needed as it’s charging.

As well, last week I bought the two attachment heads at a cost of almost £250, which are now useless.

And because I bought my device over 2 years ago it’s has no guarantee.

I also bought the mini, at the same time as the full size device, but again I never used it. When I came to use this it wouldn’t even charge up never mind turn on.

On further researching the device(s) there are numerous reviews complaining of issues with the quality of both devices and massive amounts of charging issues.

I don’t think I’d ever buy another NuFACE product again.

Shame, because I also bought the NuFACE fix a couple of months ago and I don’t expect that to last long. After reading all the complaints.

As you can see I’m well and truly fed up with the cost of this device and the extremely poor quality.

Also I now have two NuFACE heads to sell, without boxes because I threw them away. The wrinkle reducer hasn’t even been used because the flashing bothered my migraines.

I have hyperthyroidism and so have lost muscle tone in my face. This is upsetting every time I look in the mirror. I bought the NuFace Trinity 3 weeks ago and have used it every night except for a couple of days as I've moved house and country! Yes I found time in between packing!

So far I am delighted with the results as I feel my lower half of my face is firmer. This motivates me to keep using it every day and I enjoy feeling and seeing the difference it makes.
