I have been using this religiously for a week now and have followed the instructions to divide my face into ten areas for treatment. I am 40 years old with one prominent line on my forehead and a few static lines around my eyes. I have pretty good skin for my age but felt that I was losing that youthful plumpness and glow.. Well, my goodness, I don't know how this works but my face is looking much plumper and smoother already and my lines are starting to fade. I really cannot rate this enough I love it!! So relaxing to use as well. I might invest in the full face mask at some point.
